AGM 30/09/2023 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)2015, we hereby inform that at the 29th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Company held on Saturday, 30th day of September, 2023 at its registered office of the Company approved the re-appointment of: 1) Maloy Kumar Chandra (DIN: 08008387) as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company for a Second term of Five(5) consecutive years, not liable to retire by rotation. Dear Sir/Madam, We hereby enclose, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 a summary of the Proceeding of the 29th AGM of the Company held on Saturday, 30-09-2023 at the register office of the company We state that all the resolutions of the AGM as set out in the Notice has been passed by the Member by Requisite Majority.
