(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 16.08.2023) Please find enclosed summary of the proceedings of the 39th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, 26th September 2023 at 01.00 PM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we are enclosing herewith the voting result of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26th September, 2023 at 01:00 PM through VC/OAVM along with the Scrutinizer Report.
