The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 29th June, 2023 to Wednesday, 5th July, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 18.05.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed copies of the newspaper publications of Notice of 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 5th July, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), Book Closure period, and Remote e-voting schedule.
