Pursuant to Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015-Proceedings of 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM)of the Company held on July 26, 2023 along with Chairmans speech. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 26.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Please find enclosed the Voting Results of the businesses transacted at 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 along with the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting prior and during the AGM. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/07/2023)
