At- the meeting of Board of Directors held today, the Board interalia considered and approved the following: Fixed the date of convening the 29t Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday, 29t September 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. At- the meeting of Board of Directors held today, the Board interalia considered and approved the following: - 1. Approved Boards Report of the Company along with all Annexure thereof for the financial year 2022-2023. 2. Fixed the date of convening the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday, 29th September 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. 3. Approved the Notice convening the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 4. Fixed 22nd September 2023 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote for the resolutions placed before the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.09.2023) We wish to inform you that the members of the company at the 29th Annual General Meeting held on 29th September 2023 transacted all the business as specified in the notice convening the meeting.
