(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 09.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, details regarding the voting results of the business transacted at the AGM are enclosed herewith. Consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on the remote e-voting during the AGM dated 27th September, 2023 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies ( Management and Administration) Rules , 2014 is enclosed herewith. With reference to the captioned subject, please find herewith a copy of proceedings of 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual means as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and guidelines issued by Ministry Of Corporate Affairs vide its Circular No. 02/2022 dated 05th May, 2022.
