Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), please find enclosed herewith the electronic copy of the Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 including the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 (Annual Report) which is being sent only through electronic mode to the Members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Companys Registrar and Share Transfer Agent / Depository Participant(s). The Notice of the 37th AGM and the Annual Report are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.qcml.in. and enclosed herewith. We request you to take the afore-mentioned information in record and oblige.
