AGM 29/09/2023 In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today on 14th August, 2023, Monday at the registered office of the Company at 285, 2nd Floor, Chatrabhuj Jivandas House, Princess Street, Mumbai - Maharashtra - 400002 at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at around 04.05 p.m. The Board discussed and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other agenda items as per the attached file. The Board in its meeting held today i.e on 14th August, 2023 at 03.00 pm which concluded at 04.05 pm Fixed the Book Closure Date from 22.09.2023 to 29.09.2023 in connection with its 37th AGM scheduled to be held on 29th September, 2023 at 11.30 am. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 14.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed proceedings of 37th AGM of Dhanlaxmi Cotex Limited held today on 29.09.2023 at 11.30 a.m. through VC/OAVM.
