(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/07/2023) This is to inform you that the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Sabri Grand, 29, Thirumalai Road, T Nagar, Chennai - 600017. in this connection detailed combined voting results in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI LODR Regulation, 2015 along with Scrutinizers Report are enclosed herewith.
