Annual Report for Financial Year 2022-23. Intimation of Book Closure Proceedings of the 36th Annual General Meeting. With reference to the above and pursuant to the requirement specified under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the 36th Annual General Meeting was held today i.e. on Friday the 22nd September, 2023 and the same has been adjourned for want of requisite quorum as per section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013. The adjourned Annual General Meeting will be held on the same day in the next week at the same time and place that is Friday the 29th September, 2023 at 11:00 a.m through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means(OAVM) (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 22/09/2023) Proceedings of Annual General Meeting.
