Approved the convening of 33rd Annual General meeting of the Company on Saturday, 30th September 2023 through VC/OAVM in accordance with MCA & SEBI circulars; and 2. Fixed the book closure dates from Saturday, September 23, 2023 to Saturday 30, 2023 for the purpose of AGM. We request you to kindly take the above on record and disseminate the same on your website. India Home Loan Limited: 33rd Annual Report of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08/09/2023) This is with reference to the Annual Report sent to the shareholders and submitted on BSE on 8th September 2023. This corrigendum is being issued to correct the inadvertent error in the date of signing of Statutory Auditors report and signing of financial statements by Auditor mentioned as 29th May 2023. The date in the above documents shall be read as 4th September 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 12.09.2023) With reference to the corrigendum submitted to BSE on 12th September 2023, and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 & 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the revised Annual report of the Company for FY 2022-23.
