We enclosed herewith the Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 along with Annual Report. We wish to inform that the AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday 27th September, 2023 at 11:00 am at registered office of the Company through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means(VC/OAVM). We are enclosing herewith clippings of Newspaper Advertisement in One English Newspaper(The Indian Express) and One Regional Newspaper(Gujarati-Ahmedabad Financial Express) for AGM to be held through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) We wish to inform you that 29th AGM of the Company held on Wednesday, 27th September 2023 at 11:00 am through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Means(VC/OVM) as per MCA guidelines. Pursuant to Section 108 of Companies Act 2013 read with rules made thereunder, as amended and regulation 44 of SEBI(LODR)regulation, 2015 the Company provided the e-voting facility to the members. The remote e-voting was open from 24th September, 2023 (9 am)to 26th September, 2023(5 pm). Also in accordance with the regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI(LODR) regulation, 2015, we enclose gist of proceedings of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the members of Mahan Industries Limited. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 27.09.2023)
