Th Cut Off date for E Voting Facility is Thursday, 27th July, 2023 The Share Transfer Books will remain close from Thursday, 27th July, 2023 till Friday, 04th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) The E Voting will commence from Wednesday, 2nd August, 2023 at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Friday, 04th August, 2023 at 05:00 P.M. (both days inclusive) The Share Transfer Books will remain Close from Thursday, 27th July, 2023 till Friday, 04th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) due to 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
