Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 9th August, 2023 have, inter- alia, approved: 1. The Standalone and Consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. 2. The 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, the 25th day of September, 2023 at 12:30 pm through VC/OAVM. 3. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 9th September, 2023 to 12th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. 4. The remote e-voting period will begin on 22nd September, 2023 (9:00 am) and end on 24th September, 2023 (5:00 pm). 5. Monday, 18th September, 2023 as the cut-off date to determine the shareholders eligible for joining AGM and to cast their votes electronically. The Board Meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.45 p.m. Summary of Proceedings of 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25th September, 2023 at 12.30 pm.
