We wish to inform that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 15:00 P.M. IST at - 5A, Vardan Complex, Nr. Vimal House, Lakhudi Circle, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380014. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed Notice of 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Please find enclosed the following: 1)Voting results of the business transacted at the AGM, as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations; 2)The Scrutinizers Report dated October 02nd, 2023, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, each as amended. The Voting Results along with the scrutinizers Report will also be available on the Companys website and stock exchanges. The meeting started at 03:00 pm and concluded at 03:30 pm. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 03/10/2023)
