Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Board of India Regulation 2015 the notice along with the explanatory statement of the Annual General Meeting of the Company is enclosed herewith Scrutinizers Report for the 32 AGM held on 29 September 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, enclosed herewith is a gist of proceedings of 32nd Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 29th September 2023.
