The Board has considered and decided to call 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Friday, 11th August, 2023 at Niskam Sankirtan Mandal 19/31-32, Moti Nagar (Bhagat Des Raj Channa Marg), New Delhi-110015 at 11:00 A.M. for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2023. 2. The Board has approved draft Notice of Annual General Meeting and Director Report along with applicable annexure thereto for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023. 3. The Board has decided that the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will be closed from 04.08.2023 to 11.08.2023 (both days inclusive). 4. Others Pursuant to Regulation 42 and all other applicable regulations of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Register of Members and share transfer book of the Company will remain Closed from 04th August, 2023 to 11th August, 2023 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 38th AGM of the Company WITH PURSUANT TO REGULATION 30, SCHEDULE III OF SEBI (LODR).
