(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 04.09.2023) We wish to inform you that the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 through Video conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) at 5:00 p.m. to transact the ordinary business as set out in the Notice convening the AGM of the Company. The copy of Notice of the 11th AGM is attached herewith.
