(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/8/2015 dated November 04, 2015 and other relevant provisions, if any of the Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the details of the Voting (including E-voting) Results declared on September 30, 2023 along with the Scrutinizers Report dated October 03, 2023 on e-voting at the Annual General Meeting in respect of the resolutions stated in the Notice dated May 10, 2023.
