(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 06/07/2023) Filing of the outcome of the 62nd Annual General Meeting. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/07/2023) Filing of the Scrutinizers Report of the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 21st July 2023 in the virtual mode. (All the resolutions as detailed in the Notice to the 62nd Annual General Meeting have been passed with the requisite majority) The Companys 62nd Annual Geneal Meeting was held on 21st July 2023 in the virtual mode and all the resolutions detailed the notice to the 62nd Annual General Meeting were passed with the requisite majority. The voting results (with all the relevant details) are filed with the Exchange under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25.07.2023) The Companys 62nd Annual General Meeting was held on 21st July 2023 in the virtual mode. A certified copy of the proceedings of the 62nd Annual Gerneral Meeting is being filed. All the resolutions listed in the notice to the 62nd Annual General Meeting was passed with the requisite majority of votes cast in favour of the concerned resolution.
