The Notice convening the 77th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.30 a.m. The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course. Book Closure Intimation (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/08/2023) We are enclosing herewith Notice for the 77th AGM of the Company for the FY 2022-23 to be held on September 22, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. through Audio Visual means at the Registered Office of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the herewith copy of Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 along with the Notice convening the 77th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. (1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
