This is to inform that the 42nd AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 12:30 PM (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with applicable Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members of the Company and the Register of Transfer of Shares will remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2023 to Thursday, September 28, 2023 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of holding the AGM. The Company has fixed Thursday, September 21, 2023 as the Cut-off date for determining eligibility of Members for voting electronically as well as at Annual General Meeting. You are requested to kindly take the same on your record. Please find enclosed copies of newspaper Advertisement published on August 26, 2023.
