Notice of the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company schedule to be held on Friday the 29th September,2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company at Dharuhera Industrial Complex, Delhi- Jaipur Highway No-8, Kapriwas, Rewari-123106 (Haryana) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) Pursuant to regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the outcome and the brief proceeding of the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company is hereby submitted for your record.
