(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/07/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the voting results along with the Scrutinizer report for the business transacted at the 17th Annual General Meeting.
