We wish to inform you that the 32nd AGM of Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday September 08, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd AGM of the Company and payment of Dividend for the financial year 2022-23. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations - Brief Proceedings of 32nd Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2023.
