Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we are submitting here with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 of Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd (the Company) along with Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 03.00 pm (IST), through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The said notice forms part of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and are being sent to the shareholders through electronic mode on their registered e-mail Addresses and are also available on the website of the Company at www.narmadadrip.com. Proceedings of the 31st Annual General Meeting held on 30th September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023)
