(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20.06.2023) Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company will be closed from Saturday, July 8, 2023 to Friday, July 14, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
