The 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 is scheduled to be convened on Thursday, 10th August, 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 05th August, 2023 to 10th August, 2023, both days inclusive for the purpose of Dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company. The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 05th August, 2023 to 10th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and also for the purpose of Final Dividend. This is to inform that August 04, 2023 is fixed as the cut-off date for the purpose of final dividend and e-voting in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be convened on August 10, 2023. Further, it is reiterated that the Board of Directors of the Company have recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10.00/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023 to those members on record date (August 04, 2023) subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
