AGM 27/09/2023 Pursuant to regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulation, 2015 the Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 21st September, 2023 to Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 (both days inclusive)for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 04.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulation 2015, we enclose gist of proceedings of the 103rd Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023. Pursuant to regulation 44(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 we hereby submit the voting results along with Scrutinizers report of the business transacted at the 103rd Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 27th September, 2023 at 3.00 pm through Video Conference. Based on the result, all the resolutions have been passed by the shareholders with requisite majority. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/09/2023) Explanation/clarification as asked by BSE for proceeding of AGM (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 10/04/2024)
