AGM 16/09/2023 This is in continuation to the Notice of 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 14.08.2023, which has been emailed to all the shareholders of the Company on 14.09.2023. A corrigendum is being issued today to inform to all the shareholders to whom the Notice of Annual General Meeting has been sent regarding changes in the AGM Notice as stated below, UPDATED NOTIFICATION Date of Dispatch: 14.09.2023 Cut off Date: 20.09.2023 Book Closure: 24.09.2023 to 28.09.2023 E Voting: 25.09.2023 to 27.09.2023 Date of Annual General meeting: 28.09.2023 The said corrigendum is also being published in the respective newspaper in marathi 7 English Language and also being uploaded on the website of the Company. Except changes in the date of the 46th Annual General meeting, all other items of Annual General Meeting Notice dated 14.08.2023 and Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 shall remain unchanged. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from 24.09.2023 to 28.09.2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of Members of the Company for the purpose of 46th Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 10.30 am (IST) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 14/09/2023)
