Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023 including the notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting of Advance Petrochemicals Limited (the Company) to be held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 at 02:00 p.m. at 36, Kothari Market, Kankaria Road, Ahmedabad - 380022. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a summary of proceedings of the 38th AGM of the company held on saturday, 30th September, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at registered office of the company. As per requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015, the proceedings of 38th AGM of the company are enclosed herewith as Anneuxre-I (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023)
