Approved the standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Report prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 as reviewed by the Audit Committee. 2. Fixed the date of 42nd AGM to be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 through video conferencing and/or other audio visual means (OAVM). Intimation of Book closure and record date for the purpose of 42nd AGM (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 07.09.2023) Voting Result and Scrutinizer Report for the 42nd AGM of Company held on 29th September, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.09.2023)
