The Annual report for financial year 2022-23 along with Notice of AGM will be sent electronically to those members whose email address are registered with Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depository Participant in accordance with MCA and SEBI Circulars Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith summary of proceedings of Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means at 11:00 a.m. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023)
