The Meeting commenced at 2.30.P.M. and concluded at 03.30 P.M. Please find attached Annual Report for Financial year 2022-2023 pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
