AGM 21/09/2023 In Compliance with Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the copies of Newspaper advertisement published in Jansatta (Hindi) and Financial Express (English) on August 22, 2023, for conducting the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held through VC (Video Conferencing) / OAVM (Other Audio Visual Means) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 22.08.2023) We, Capital India Finance Limited (the Company), wish to submit the proceedings of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The 29th AGM was held through VC/OAVM on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 09:30 AM and concluded at 09:59 AM (including the time allowed for e-voting at the AGM). The proceedings of the AGM was deemed to be conducted at the registered office of the Company. We, Capital India Finance Limited wish to submit the Scrutinizers Report of the 29th AGM of the Company.
