Oberoi Realty: Oberoi Realty announced that the company has approved issuing up to ₹1,500 Crore in non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via a private placement. The Board of Directors’ Operations Committee has approved the issuing of non-convertible debentures.
Bajaj Auto: Bajaj Auto reported a standalone net profit of ₹2,005 Crore for the September 2024 quarter on Wednesday. Profit climbed by 9% compared to the previous year’s ₹1,836 Crore. The company recorded ₹13,127 Crore in operating income, 22% more than the ₹10,777 Crore reported in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Bikaji Foods: Bikaji Foods International plans to invest up to ₹131.01 Crore in Hazelnut Factory Food Products Private Ltd (THF) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bikaji Foods Retail Ltd. Bikaji would invest 53.02 percent in Hazelnut Factory Food Products.
CRISIL: The company reported a 12.9% YoY increase in net profit to ₹171.6 Crore for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024. Crisil posted a net profit of ₹152 Crore in the previous fiscal quarter, as per a regulatory filing.
L&T Technology Services: On Wednesday, October 16, LTTS declared an interim dividend of ₹17 per equity share. The record date for payment of dividend will be October 25, 2024.
Reliance Industries: Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries (RIL) said on Wednesday (October 16) that its shareholders approved two key resolutions via e-voting, which expired on October 15, 2024. The bonus issuance proposal garnered 99.92% of valid votes in support.
RVNL: On Wednesday (October 16), state-run Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) said that it had emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a contract granted by Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.
GMR Airports: On Wednesday (October 16), GMR Airports Ltd announced significant growth in passenger and freight traffic for September 2024 and the first half of FY25. In September, total passenger traffic increased 9% year on year to 10.2 million, despite a 4% decrease month on month. Domestic passenger traffic grew 7.5% year on year, while overseas traffic jumped 12.2% year on year.
South Indian Bank: South Indian Bank on Wednesday reported an 18% increase in profit to ₹325 Crore for the second quarter ended September 2024. The private sector lender had a net profit of ₹275 Crore in the same quarter a year earlier.
Capital India Finance: Capital India Finance Ltd (CIFL), an MSME-focused small-cap NBFC, has sold its housing finance subsidiary Capital India Home Loans Limited (CIHL) to Weaver Services Private Limited for ₹267 Crore.
