The 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Friday, 29th September,2023 at the registered office of the company. Further, the Board has discussed on the Agenda Item pertaining to Fund Raising. However, the same has been deferred at a later date. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 06:30 P.M. and concluded at 07:20 P.M. This is for your information and records. This is to inform you that 7th Annual General Meeting of equity shareholders of the company will be held on Friday, September 29,2023, at 4:00 P.M (IST) at the Registered Office of the Company.
