(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 09/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please find attached the revised/approved and taken on record Annual Report after shareholders approval in the AGM after rectification of a few inadvertent typographical error as was detected and revised. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023) In terms of Regu. 44 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 and Co. Act, 2013 read with Rules framed thereunder, we enclose herewith the Consolidated Scrutinisers Report along-with details of Voting Result dated 30-9-23 submitted by PCS Mr. Rajan Singh.
