We wish to inform that the 29th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 12th August, 2023 at 11.30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means to transact the business(es) as set out in the Notice convening the 29th AGM of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please find enclosed Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-2023. Kindly take the same on record. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 17.07.2023) Please find attached outcome of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, 12th August, 2023, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Meeting commenced at 11.30 AM and concluded at 01.15 PM. Please find attached Scrutinizers Report issued by Mr. Sanjay Dholakia, Practicing Company Secretary, on the voting results for the business(es) transacted at the 29th Annual General Meeting.
