You are requested to take the same on records. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the newspaper advertisement published in The Business Standard in English and Hindi (Lucknow Edition) with regard to the 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company. You are requested to to take the same on records. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 07.07.2023) The 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today, Friday, July 28, 2023 at 12:30 pm, through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means, to transact the business as stated in the AGM Notice dated May 11, 2023 (Notice). All the items of business contained in the Notice were transacted and passed by the Members with the requisite majority. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.07.2023)
