Dear sir/Maam, This is to inform you that 31st Annual General Meeting of Garodia Chemicals Limited was held today i.e., Friday September 29, 2023 at 12:30 PM through video conferencing. Please find enclosed proceedings of the AGM as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) 2015.The AGM concluded at 1:40 PM after being open for 1 hour for e-voting to be completed.
