The meeting of the Board commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M. The summary of proceedings of the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, September 29, 2023 which was commenced at 02:00 PM and Concluded at 02:23 PM.
