AGM 29/09/2023 This is to inform you that the Company in their meeting held on 05th September, 2023 has fixed the dates of the book closure for the purpose of 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the FY 2022-23 in compliance with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013. The books shall remain closed from 22nd September, 2023 to 29th September, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 05.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, we enclose herewith the gist of the proceedings of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Members of GB GLOBAL LIMITED held today, i.e. on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company. Pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, kindly find attached herewith the voting results along with the Scrutinizer report of the 39th AGM of the Company held on 29.09.23 at 11.30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company, (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/09/2023)
