Telangana, wherein the following matters were considered, discussed and approved in the meeting. This is to inform you that the 29th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Thursday, 21st September, 2023 to Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 31.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulations 30, read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI( LODR) Regulation , 2015, please find enclosed the summary of the proceedings of 29th Annual General meeting of the Company held on 27th September, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 157, Dhanalakshmi Society Mahendra Hills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad-500026, Telangana (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023) Please find enclosed herewith Consolidated Scrutinizers Report (Poll + E-Voting) of the 29th AGM of the Company held on 27.09.2023 issued by Shri Ajay Suman Shrivastava, Practicing Company Secretary.
