Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Please find hereunder the proceedings of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company duly convened on Tuesday, 19th September, 2023 at 10:30 A.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Circulars issued by MCA and SEBI Time of Commencement of the Meeting: 10:30 A.M Time of conclusion of the Meeting 10:55 A.M (thereafter 15 minutes were given for evoting at the AGM) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 19.09.2023)
