Approval of draft Notice for calling of 30th Annual General Meeting along with draft of Directors Report for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023; Announcement of book Closure and Record Date for the purpose of 30th Annual general Meeting We wish to inform you that 30th annual general Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th August, 2023 at 9:30 AM through VC/ OAVM facility. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.07.2023) Submission of newspaper advertisement about the notice of 30th Annual General meeting (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.08.2023) Outcome of AGM to be held on today, 25th August, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25.08.2023) Submission of Scrutinizers Report and voting results of the 30th AGM held on 25th August, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/08/2023) In furtherance to Outcome of 30th AGM filed on 25th August, 2023, we are submitting a summary of proceedings of 30th Annual General Meeting.
