We are enclosing herewith copy of Minutes of 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday, 25th September, 2023 through VC / OAVM for your records. Shareholders in their 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, i.e. 25th September, 2023 through VC / OAVM, have accorded approval of re-appointment of Mr. Anil S. Ahuja as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 1st January, 2023. Members in their 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday, 25th September, 2023 have appointed M/s. N K Aswani & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number : 100738W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of 29th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 34th Annual General Meeting to be held in year 2028.
