Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from Friday, September 15, 2023 to Thursday, September 21, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd Annual General meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023. Further, Cut-off date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Members for remote e-voting / e-voting at the AGM shall be Thursday, September 14, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A and Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith summary of proceedings of 33rd Annual General meeting of the Company held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 12.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing and other Audio-Visual Means and concluded at 12.50 p.m. (IST). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 21.09.2023) Please find attached herewith voting results alongwith consolidated scrutinizers report on remote e-voting and e-voting done during 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company duly held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 12.30 p.m. (IST).
