AGM 12/09/2023 It is hereby inform that the Board has approved the proposal to convene 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Tuesday, 12th September, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 16.05.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find submitted herewith the Proceedings of the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12th September, 2023.
