Approve the Director Report and annexure thereof, Management Discussion analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the Financial Year 2022-23. 2. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 22th September, 2023 to 29th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM Kindly take note of the same on record.
